Overview

Call for Papers. We invite high-quality submissions on all aspects of cloud computing technology and science for the 17th edition of IEEE CloudCom (October 27-29, 2026, Paris, France). About CloudCom: CloudCom is a premier international conference on Cloud Computing, bringing together researchers, practitioners, engineers, and students from both academia and industry. It has a long tradition of emphasizing how to build cloud computing platforms with impact. The conference is co-sponsored by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and the Cloud Computing Association. The 17th edition of CloudCom will be held in Paris, France, October 27-29, 2026. Submission Details: Original and unpublished work must be submitted through the online submission system at https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=cloudcom2026. Submissions should not exceed 8 pages, including tables, figures, and references, in IEEE CS format. The template files for LaTeX or Word can be downloaded from the IEEE site (IEEE Templates). Submission must be made in PDF format only (savable text and embedded fonts). The review process will be double-blind, so submissions should not include any information that may identify the authors. Technical content of the camera-ready manuscript must be identical to the submitted version except for changes made to address TPC review comments. For each accepted submission, at least one co-author must have a full conference registration and present the work in person. Research Topics: Authors are invited to submit original research papers on topics including Track 1 Architecture Storage and Virtualization; Track 2 Cloud Services and Applications; Track 3 Security Privacy and Trust; Track 4 IoT and Distributed Cloud; Track 5 Cloud and Edge Computing with Mobile Communications; Track 6 AI for Cloud Computing; Track 7 Integrating Large Models and Distributed Cloud Computing; Track 8 Cloud/Edge Computing for E-Health. Papers addressing new and emerging topics relevant to cloud computing are also welcome. Submission Guidelines: Papers must be original and not submitted elsewhere; maximum length 8 pages including references; IEEE Conference template double-column; PDF only; English. All submissions will be peer-reviewed (double-blind) with a minimum of 3 reviewers per paper. Accepted papers will be published in the IEEE CloudCom 2026 Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore and EI Compendex for indexing. Selected high-quality papers may be recommended for fast-track publication in IEEE Transactions on Cloud Computing, The Journal of Cloud Computing (Springer), and IEEE Open Journal of the Communications Society.
